This is how it started. One fine day, I actually started scribbling little real life stories about my kids on a book. Some tiny, thought provoking deeds and talks of my little ones. Things that I would love to recollect over and over again.. Ofcourse, they were stories which one tends to forget soon, maybe in a couple of days or months. Those tales were not to be kept with just me and my hubby – a thought popped in. Maybe I should atleast share it across, in my close-knit family whatsapp group. Thus started my scribbling!! Often I scribbled in Malayalam (ahem..’Ma-nglish’ rather). It was only then, I could add in a humour touch to my scribbles! English scribbles often tends to take a slightly serious tone. Anyway, so welcoming was the response from all my dear ones. It inspired me to write more!! I started off with two different series titled Steve Tales & Johan Vikris – one each, for my boys. The more I wrote, the more interested I was into scribbling. A few more writeup about one of my college friend’s visit to Denmark too was appreciated by others. Driven by passion and powered by all the applause, came in another series- My Denmark Chronicles! A blog would be an ideal place to put it all together, suggested a few. Thus started a thought.. It was then that my elder son, an eight year old, showed me his scribbles – his own stories- a story book, a chapter book! Quite an interesting script, especially for a kid of his age. If only I had a blog, I could motivate him by publishing his scribbles too, once in a while… That was it. That’s all what it took. And so, here I go blogging…
So pleased I am, to launch my blog on 20th-Nov-2020, the 42nd Wedding Anniversary of my dearest Daddy and Mummy! Indeed, a good start on a good day!!! What more could I ask for !!
